I have been contemplating a tatoo. Yes, you read correctly, a tatoo.
Now, I have given a lot of thought to the placement and I have decided I want it on the top of my foot. I have seen them on others and I kind of like it. So, the place has been decided.
Now the next item is the tatoo itself. I am trying to decide what kind of design. I think I have decided on a few options, but I am open to suggestions.
I have been thinking of a daisy. I think that would look cute on the top of my foot. I was told I should get a very small umbrella.... since most of my friends and co-workers tease me about being Mary Poppins. I kinda like it. The other one was a crown, for being the Queen. I like it too. It has been my email name for 8 years. I have had my email name longer than most everything in my apartment. That is sad, y'all... really sad. :)
Back to the tat. A friend of mine was discussing tats and was thinking about a flag. It sounded like a good choice, provided that it doesn't cover the entire back, front, or arm. I think that would be taking state pride a bit too far! LOL.
Until I make a decision and I am 100% sold on it, there will not be any tatoos inked on this queenly skin. I repeat, 100% sold. Mary Poppins would have it no other way.

Let me know when you are ready. I have already decided on what my tatoo will be and I am leaning towards the top of the foot also although I've been advised against it. I have been planning to wait and get mine on my 50th b-day but I might think about it sooner if I had a partner to go with.

I am really thinking about it. I have been tossing the idea around in my head since the divorce. I was feeling slightly.... wicked, now being a divorced woman and all. So what better way to cap it all off than with a tatoo.(wink) I haven't done it but I am just about ready. I'm in no big hurry.
But misery loves company, so I'll call you when I am ready! :)
I love my tat, and you will too. Mine is on my ankle and can be covered, and on the top of your foot, you need to make sure that you can see it when you are wearing your sandles.
My vote will be for the crown. Someone told you that a crown may not show up, but you don't have to stay with gold or silver, any royal color will do.
