Dancing on Tiptoes

Christmas Day is fast approaching and I am as excited as I have ever been. We have been sneaking around here buying gifts, whispering to others on the phone, looking for tape and wrapping paper (found it!) and giving really odd and goofy clues. I am excited to give my gifts more than anything.

There are other contributors to my excitement as well. We are going to have Tim’s son, Aaron, and his wife, Tamara, over for the day. I am planning the meal, getting the house ready, and looking for music, games, and movies to entertain us for the day. I think we may even have a visitor come as well. So the day should be one of fun and presents and food and games and relaxation! What a great day it will be.

The only thing missing from this great day will be my Unsinkable daughter and her family along with my dear son and his family. If they ever all show up – I think Tim and I might get a motel room! (Six grandbabies under 4 could drive anyone to Motel 6!)
