Planning Big

We have some beautiful bulbs up and blooming at the office – bright yellow daffodils. It has sparked my gardening gene and I have already started chatting to Tim about digging a couple of beds up in the backyard. I have my eye on some big rocks, a neat fern, some big flowers and some green bushes. Tim has picked out some edging and has scoped out a co-op to buy the dirt and mulch. (yeah, I think he’s getting excited about it) I don’t want huge beds; I want manageable ones.

After the beds, I have my eye on painting some of the walls in the house. We are waiting on two things: a nice, free weekend and finishing the flower bed project. You see, we both like to finish things and not jump into five projects at one time and only doing them all halfway.

I may have to invite Unsinkable and family over to “help!”
