Weaving

I answered my phone today and heard a little voice say, “I miss you, Nana.” (big long sniff) “And I miss Grandpa, Nana.” (bigger sniff and a hiccup) It was the saddest thing I had heard all week. Tim walked in the door and I told Little David that there was someone here who wanted to talk to him – so I handed the phone over to Tim. He beamed when he heard that little voice tell him how much he was missed.

Children have an amazing way of weaving their way into your heart.

On a different note: headaches have a way of weaving their way into your head. Hopefully this one leaves quickly.

headaches can be like some of the people you work with...you hope they leave soon! Grandkids...can stay forever...almost...till they grow up.
