We tried a new place tonight – Fuego Tortilla Grill. It was delicious! Homemade flour and corn tortillas, rotisserie chicken, pulled pork, grilled steak, cucumbers/onions, pico, white cheddar queso (creamy melted pepper jack cheese w/ roasted poblano peppers), and fresh guacamole, Mexican sweet corn (Chipotle mayo, tomato, cilantro, onion, chili and lime) charro beans (tasty!), and lots of bubbly soft drinks. (deep sigh) It was heaven.

I also heard that they have breakfast tacos – eggs, sausage, etc wrapped in a soft tortilla. I may have to try it too.

Oh! Tim was talking to a couple in line behind us and they had been there 4 times in a week (this was Thursday) and they highly recommended it. I can see why. I think this place will be a hopping little joint.
