I am sooo proud of them! Kristen and Dave ran in a race for Breast Cancer in honor of Dean's mom, Margaret. Dave wore a pink hat and Kristen had a pink scarf. They did it as a fund-raiser and even managed to finish the race. They are a wonderful couple and I think they are just great! Now, you are probably thinking I would say that because I am her mother. WELL DUH! Of course I am! She is a wonderful daughter and she is a joy. Dave is doing his best to knock her off the pedestal!
He is the best SIL in the world. He keeps asking me when I am going to drop the "in-law" and I keep putting him off. Shoot, I like the sucking up..... why would I want to change that, eh? My momma didn't raise no dummy! Anyway, he wore pink and ya gotta love a guy that will run with his wife, wear a pink cap, and get up at 6:30 on a Saturday to run in 35 degree weather in TX. That may have just earned him the right to have me drop the "in-law."
