You have all been great at responding to the Decisions post and I think I have had more calls than comments. :) Right now the crown tat is winning by about 55%. Some of the comments have been interesting. My church/work/Starbucks buddy, Ric, said I should do the crown because everyone chooses flowers..."Be different!" Co-worker Ann said I should choose the daisy because the smiley face reminds her of me. awwww. Everyone agrees that the umbrella is a resounding "NO." And Kristen has yet to weigh in.... so we'll see what she says. Some have expressed concern that the crown might not show up. Miss V said that she thought they could make the crown "shine," I liked that idea. Brenda and Cathy didn't like the umbrella and were divided over the two other options. I am leaning towards the crown one minute and then I flip over to the daisy; it looks happy. Anyway, I still must be 100% sold before it will ever happen.
I am home this evening enjoying my cats, my clean apartment, my air conditioner... it is warm here in KC and I am thankful I have a cool apartment, a glass of tea, and some peace and quiet.
I will spend part of tomorrow evening with dad and then I have the weekend. I can't wait.
While I was at work today, I was listening to a SCC (Stephen Curtis Chapman) cd and this great song called 500 miles came on. You know the chorus: I will walk 500 miles and I will walk 500 more, just to be the man that walks a thousand miles to fall down at your door. da da dat da... etc. I had to smile when I heard it because that is a song of love, isn't it? In a goofy, silly song -kinda way. It's the thought of someone traveling all that way to get to you only to arrive tired and worn out... but wanted to see you so badly that the distance didn't matter. (It's hard not to picture Johnny Depp's face though! hee hee) It is a neat little song. It's great to experience love like that. Anyway.... I may have to rent that old movie just to hear the song and see Johnny Depp.

DEFINITELY the crown. Embrace your queenly nature.
I am going to say the crown but I recently got a tatoo on the top of my foot and was one in 100 that said it didn't hurt. It is terribly painful. Good luck! Jonnie
