Tonight was a fun night! Tim won 6 tickets to Texas A&M baseball for this weekend: two tickets for Friday, a double-header on Saturday, and a Sunday game. Tonight we used two tickets and had a really fun evening. The Aggies are an enthusiastic bunch and they have more traditions than Texas has guns. While we were there, we ate hotdogs, munched peanuts, and jeered the pitcher. The student body took up half of the stadium and I got such a kick out of watching them. And Tim. He is just like a kid: laughing at the scoreboard cartoons, jeering the other team, and chanting with the students. . . "Hey badda-badda-SaWing-badda!"While the mocking turned up the heat for the other team, the evening turned out rather cool. It was about 60 degrees at 6:00 pm and then by 9:00 it was 51. My buns were cold and my feet were headed in that direction. We managed to stay til the 7th inning and then we both decided to head home. We were gettin' kinda cold, especially in the booty department.
It was nice to do something different on a Friday night. We really had a great time. However, I'll let you know if I'm still geeked about it after Sunday.
