The Girls

I haven't posted any pictures of the cats so I thought I would try to get them both together, get them looking at the same direction, get their eyes open, and keep them from jumping off the bed or all over each other. Gabby is the oldest at 4 years old. She is the tortise-shell Persian with a flat face and golden eyes. We shave her on a quarterly basis just due to shedding and in-law allergies. Tim keeps telling me that she likes it better than wearing her full coat and she is too well-bred to complain.



The little gray kitty is the newest addition to the Fish Bowl. She is about 12 weeks old and her name is Spaz-mina. She is wiry and she jumps like a graceful leopard. She can haul herself up by her front paws and could do chin ups like nobodies business. She bothers the thunder out of Gabby but they have reached a truce which means no more hissing and spitting. As you can see from the picture they can be on the same bed for a few seconds without
tumbling all over each other. Gabby's face should tell you how she feels about her new companion. Tim calls her his blue-collar kitty.
